OCALI's new Autism Certification Center has created an innovative online video training program that provides practical information and skills, demonstrated with real-life examples, filmed in a variety of settings, for those who interact with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ASD Strategies in Action, free to all Ohioans, gives families and service providers tools to ensure they are equipped to effectively care for, support, educate, employ, or work with individuals on the autism spectrum from early childhood to young adulthood.

Learn more about this resource at a Virtual Town Hall hosted by OCALI and the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). The Town Hall features Director John Martin, DODD, Shawn Henry, OCALI's Executive Director, and Laura Maddox, Program Co-Director, Autism Certification Center. You'll also hear directly from parents who have already benefited from the training and view clips of evidence-based strategies in action.
