At this point in the process, the team has:

  • Discovered much about the youth and his/her current PINS and
  • Identified ways in which these PINS are a fit or match to the youth's desired adult life goals.

In this step, the focus shifts to identifying the additional information needed by the team to better understand how to assist the youth to achieve the desired goals as well as to possibly refine the goals for a better fit.
