In session ten, the learner will:

Discover the differences between self-advocacy and self-determination and some of the skills that are a part of self-determination.

Learn about the research behind these two practices and how they impact outcomes for students and adults.

Review resources for self-advocacy and self-determination and discuss and reflect how these skills can be incorporated into classroom instruction.
