Survey Invitation! Ohio Supported Decision-Making Survey
Supported Decision-Making (SDM) offers a transformative alternative to guardianship, emphasizing autonomy and self-determination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Despite its promise, critical gaps remain in understanding how families make decisions about guardianship, SDM, and other alternatives. This study aims to address these gaps.
Please help by sharing the study invitations through your organization's listserv. Use the links below to select the email message(s) that best fit your organization.
- Parents and guardians of Ohio youth (14+) who receive special education services
- Parents and family members of adults with IDD who are out of school
- Adults with IDD
Here's a project summary. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jeanne Novak.
