Tiered Activity Plan
The Rock Cycle
Join the fun as we investigate the processes of the rock cycle through hands-on experiments. Labs will include data tracking with plenty of visuals students can use to map where sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous rocks are formed within the cycle and simulate tectonic plate movement.
OR
Through demonstrations, simulation and experiments, students will observe and map the changes rocks go through within the rock cycle and simulate tectonic plate movement.
